BOOKING & PROCESS
How do I book a session?
Simply visit our Booking page and send a message with your project details.
We’ll reply quickly with availability, pricing, and next steps.
How far in advance should I book?
For headshots and smaller shoots, 1–2 weeks is usually enough.
For events, conferences, or retainer work, earlier is better — these dates fill fast.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due on or before the shoot day.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a simple plan outlining the shoot details, timing, location, and anything you need to prepare.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Do you offer both photography and videography?
Yes — Faces Out is a full visual studio offering both photo and video across all services.
Do you shoot business reels and social content?
Absolutely. Reels and short‑form video are a core part of what we do, especially for brands and creators.
Can you shoot both photo and video at the same event?
Yes. Many clients book us for combined coverage to keep everything consistent and efficient.
Do you offer studio sessions?
Yes — we offer both studio and on‑location shoots depending on your needs.
DELIVERY & EDITING
How long does it take to receive my photos or videos?
Turnaround times vary by project, but typically:
- Headshots: 2–5 days
- Events: 3–7 days
- Reels & video content: 5–14 days
- Retainer clients: priority delivery
If you have a deadline, just let us know.
How are the final files delivered?
You’ll receive a clean, organised online gallery or download link with all your edited visuals.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes — all final images are professionally edited and retouched in a clean, natural style.
Do you provide raw files?
Raw files are not included as standard, but can be requested for certain projects.
RETAINERS
How do retainers work?
Retainers give you monthly or quarterly access to photography, video, reels, and content creation.
You get priority scheduling, consistent visuals, and predictable pricing.
Who are retainers for?
Brands that need regular content — product updates, team changes, events, social content, campaigns, and more.
Can I customise my retainer?
Yes. Every retainer is tailored to your brand’s needs and goals.
EVENTS & GRADUATIONS

PAYMENT & POLICIES
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is preferred, but other options can be arranged if needed.
What if I need to reschedule?
We understand things change.
Rescheduling is usually fine with reasonable notice — just get in touch as soon as possible.
Do you travel?
Yes — travel within London is included.
For shoots outside London or abroad, travel costs will be discussed in advance.
